These terms and conditions (“Terms”) are drafted in conformity with the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 specified under the Information Technology Act, 2000 in order to regulate the terms and conditions of usage and access to the platform (as defined herein) and the Services (as defined herein).

and intercity transportation.

Planning – Personalized travel planning services including itinerary
design, accommodation assistance, and transportation arrangements based on
traveler preferences.
Travel Support
Services – Customer support and travel guidance to help ensure a safe,
comfortable, and enjoyable travel experience.
4. Registration And Onboarding
To access Services, You must create an account. Required details may include:

Credentials issued to You must be kept confidential. Flex Pay is not liable for misuse due to credential compromise.

5. License To The Platform
Flex Pay grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Platform. No ownership rights are transferred.
6. Third Party Service Providers
Flex Pay works with payment partners, banks, NBFCs, analytics providers and hosting vendors. We are not liable for third-party actions or failures.
7. Fees For Use Of Services
Service fees may apply. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Taxes such as GST will be charged additionally.
8. Availability Of Services
Services may be temporarily unavailable due to legal, geographic, or technical issues. Flex Pay is not liable for such interruptions.
9. Platform Content
All platform content, trademarks and software belong to Flex Pay or its licensors. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is prohibited.

Flex Pay may monitor usage, restrict access, remove content, and take legal action against violations.
11. Third Party Applications
Third-party integrations are governed by their own terms. Flex Pay is not responsible for them.

No automated scraping
Genuine business transactions
Compliance with Indian law
13. No Lending
Flex Pay only facilitates access to lenders. Lending agreements are separate between You and financial institutions.
14. Undertakings
You agree not to:
Commit fraud
Misuse personal data
Interfere with platform security
Evade taxes
Violations may lead to suspension.
15. Specific Terms
Flex Pay is not responsible for disputes between payers/payees, transaction timing, or incorrect data entered by users.
16. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
Scrape data
Bypass security
Upload malware
Impersonate users
Compete with Flex Pay using platform data
